We worked with Home Efficiency Experts (HEE) to put in a Heat Pump Heating and Cooling system. They upgraded our electric service, installed 5 splits, 2 heaters and removed 4 in-the-wall air conditioners. It was a 2 day job. Tony from HEE came to the house and explained the system to us then he came back to talk about where each split would go and to finalize the job plan. Ryan (in the picture) was our Project Lead and was very understanding when we had to change the schedule the week of construction due to a family issue. The day of construction, the crew came in, (Carlos was the team lead) and were very nice and introduced themselves to me. When they recommended changes to the original plan, they explained the reasoning why and were patient with my questions. They also showed us how to use the remotes to the splits. They worked with us to make sure we were ready when they cut the electric to upgrade the panel. They also did a great job removing all in-the-wall ACs. They put insulation in, sheet rocked and sided all 4 holes. This was a fairly big construction job and all went really well. Ryan also came back to sign job completion papers and to install the Flair pucks and setbup the app.
If I had to say one thing, I would suggest that HEE communicate with their customers about construction start and end times, meaning that a ball park time can be given, but, it should be explained that the crew could come early or later depending on the job before.

Absolutely fantastic! These guys are so incredibly professional and nice.
